You can return your order within 30 days of receipt of your shipment.

- For insertable items such as dildos, the must be still sealed in clear packaging.
- Other items in the original packaging
Free gifts are not returnable. Custom made products are also excluded however we may be able to offer credit or exchanges in exceptional circumstance. Please contact customer support.
